Welcome to PG-Eh’s Indoor Golf Simulators! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review the following policies carefully. By using our facilities, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Supervision of Minors
   • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are not permitted after 9:00 PM. Reservations including minors must be booked and completed before 9:00 PM. PG-Eh reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel reservations that do not comply with this policy. The supervising adult is responsible for:
     • Ensuring the minor follows all safety rules and guidelines.
     • Monitoring the minor’s behaviour to prevent any unsafe actions.
     • Remaining within close proximity to the minor to provide immediate assistance if needed.
2. Responsibility for Personal Equipment
   • Guests are welcome to use their own clubs in the simulator. However, PG-Eh assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage to personal equipment. Guests must:
     • Handle their equipment with care to avoid damage.
     • Take full responsibility for any damage that occurs to their own clubs (or rentals) while using the simulator.
     • Report any equipment issues to a staff member immediately.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability
   • Use of the indoor golf simulator is at your own risk. PG-Eh shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the simulator. This includes, but is not limited to:
     • Personal injuries resulting from slips, falls, or contact with equipment.
     • Property damage to personal items brought into the facility.
     • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
4. Safety and Conduct
   • All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
     • Follow all posted instructions and guidelines provided by staff.
     • Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.
     • Refrain from any behaviour that could endanger yourself or others.
     • Immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents to a staff member.
5. Damage to Property
   • Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages to PG-Eh property resulting from misuse or negligence while using the indoor golf simulator. This includes:
     • Damages to the simulator equipment, screens, or surrounding areas.
     • Costs associated with repairs or replacements of damaged property.
     • Reporting any accidental damage to a staff member as soon as it occurs.
6. Alcohol Consumption
   • Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only. To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests:
     • Drink responsibly and be mindful of your surroundings.
     • Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to use the simulator.
     • Any guest found to be excessively intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave the premises.
7. General Guidelines
   • Please respect other guests and staff by maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanour.
   • Dispose of any trash or personal items in the provided receptacles.
   • Adhere to all additional rules and policies communicated by PG-Eh staff.
